5.10.2020 jsem objednala 2x prací gel,zboží bylo vždy poškozeno,gel vytékal z krabice /byla jsem upozorněna poštou,abych zboží nepřijala,zboží se poslalo zpět/.27.10 se to opakovalo,zboží zůstalo na poště,protože si nedovedu představit,jak nesu domů krabici,kde gel vytéká a pak ho zase ponesu k reklamaci do Alzy.Objednávala jsem již několikrát zboží v Alze ,ale tohle se mi ještě nestalo.Já si myslím,že byla dána nová krabice a nikdo nezkontroloval,jestli je gel prasklý nebo špatně uzavřený.Napsala jsem,že odstupuji od smlouvy a že chci vrátit peníze.
