Dobrý den, koupila jsem vnoučatům dávkovač mýdla Dettol, chtěla jsem otevřít kryt na baterie, podle obrázku na to jdu správně, ale kryt se ani nehne. Bojím se, abych něco neulomila, může mi někdo poradit? Předem děkuji. Fleková.
