Preparation
Ideally in a shaker or sealable bottle. For the cold version, pour the contents of the bag into a shaker, add 2 dl of cold water and shake thoroughly. If you prefer a warm version, use water at about 60 °C and shake again.

Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women:
