Příprava:
1. Wash and dry your hands. Sterilise the pacifier, bottle and ring by immersing in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. In another container, boil the baby water and let it cool to 40 °C. Pour the required amount of water into the sterilized bottle. Do not use boiled water that you have not consumed for further milk preparation.
3. Fill the measuring cup to the top with powder and align the excess, e.g. with a knife blade. Pour the required number of measuring cups into the bottle. Close the bottle and shake well to dissolve the powder. Always use only the measuring cup provided.
4. Check the temperature of the milk on the inside of the wrist for 37-40°C before giving it to the baby. Serve the prepared milk immediately.

Dávkování:
For a 1-2 week old baby, the recommended daily dose is 600 ml in 6 portions.
For a 3-4 week old baby, the recommended daily dose is 675 ml in 5 portions.
For a 2 month old baby, the recommended daily dose is 825 ml in 5 portions.
For a 3-4 month old baby, the recommended daily dose is 1000 ml in 5 portions.
For a 5-6 month old baby, the recommended daily dose is 1165 ml in 5 portions.

Příprava 1 porce:
To prepare 100 ml of milk, use 90 ml of boiled water and add 3 aligned scoops of powder.
To prepare 135 ml of milk, use 120 ml of boiled water and add 4 aligned scoops of powder.
To prepare 165 ml of milk, use 150 ml of boiled water and add 5 aligned scoops of powder.
To prepare 200 ml of milk, use 180 ml of boiled water and add 6 aligned scoops of powder.
To prepare 233 ml of milk, use 210 ml of boiled water and add 7 aligned scoops of powder.
