Milk thistle has excellent antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects. The main active ingredient silymarin supports normal liver function, liver detoxification/cleansing and regeneration. It helps with digestion and cleansing the body, contributing to natural immunity. It has a positive effect on heart function and blood sugar levels.
Milk Thistle
The effects are synergistically enhanced by the addition of dandelion root extract and the vital Reishi mushroom. Dandelion has a beneficial effect on the liver and gallbladder - improves the production of gastric juices and cleanses the stomach. Reishi has strong vitalizing effects, activates the body's immune reactions, contributes to the maintenance of normal circulatory system function and to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. Usually this combination is recommended to be used always in spring or as a regenerative mixture after (but also during) long-term use of chemical drugs.

Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) seed extract 80% silymarin, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) 30% extract, Taraxacum officinale root extract 4:1. It does not contain caffeine, gluten, preservatives, colourings or sugar.
Recommended dosage
Current dose:
1 capsule per day.
Increased dose:
1-2 capsules per day.
Take the capsules before meals. It is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine.
