Dobrý den, mám tento nový telefon a nejsem schopen přijít na to, jak aktivovat SD kartu. Do telefonu vložena standardně, ale není možné nijak aktivovat. Ve starém telefonu je plně funkční, jde o klasickou Micro SD 16 GB. Nemám s KaiOS žádné zkušenosti, neexistuje na to např. nějaká aplikace, která SD kartu aktivuje? Ve standardním Správci souborů se SD karta vůbec nezobrazí, lze klasicky zobrazit jen standardní vnitřní paměť telefonu, na které logicky nic uloženo není. Prosím o odpověď, nevím si s tím rady. Děkuji, Petr H.

Dobrý den, rád bych se zeptal zdali předinstalované aplikace v telefonu jako je např. youtube nebo google map, tak jestli jdou odinstalovat. Aby senior mohl využívat maximálně celý displej a přitom nehrozilo, že se uťukne někam kam nepotřebuje. Mnohokrát předem děkuji Leoš.

Na telefonu nelze spustit WhatsApp. Chce to stáhnout aktualizace, které se nikdy nezdaří. Zkoušeno na WiFi i mobilních datech. Je na to nějaký speciální postup, nebo jde o chybu zařízení?
