How is Fenugreek & Blessed Thistle Extract different from the others?
The herbs in this product are contained in the form of concentrated extracts. Fenugreek can be found here at a concentration of 4:1, which means that from 1000 mg of fenugreek, 250 mg of pure and potent extract rich in active ingredients has been obtained. Similarly, Benedictine is contained in a concentration of 10:1. So in this case, 100 mg of extract is obtained from 1000 mg. Thanks to these highly concentrated extracts, several advantages can be guaranteed, including high purity thanks to careful quality control during the production process, high potency thanks to highly concentrated active ingredients, or smaller capsule size and lower daily dosage, which makes it easier and more pleasant to take.

Recommended dosage
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 vegan capsules twice a day with water. It is also possible to take 1 vegan capsule three to four times a day with water. Each capsule contains a large amount of powerful herbal extracts, so we recommend starting with 1 capsule twice a day and gradually increasing the dosage after a few days. For higher dosages, we recommend consulting a qualified doctor or lactation consultant.
