Ingredients
MCT coconut oil (medium chain triglycerides), Alchemilla vulgaris extract, Sage extract (Salvia officinalis), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis), Nettle extract (Urtica dioica), Yarrow extract (Achillea millefolium), extract of fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Hops extract (Humulus lupulus). Suitable for vegans.
Recommended dosage
Week before menstruation:
5 drops per day
During menstruation:
15 drops twice a day (morning and evening)
For menopausal comfort and hormonal balance:
20 drops per day
Drop onto a spoon or directly into the mouth, swallow and drink with water. Take preferably with food. Shake thoroughly before use. The package contains 720 drops (36 doses when taking 20 drops per day).
Notice
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Once opened, use within 6 months.
Storage
