Dobrý den, u kamery mám poměrně problém s tím, že audio je o několik vteřin spožděné po celou dobu záznamu - většinou o 6 sec, občas o 12 - neřešil jste někdo tento problém? V případě reklamace, stačí reklamovat samotnou kameru? Její instalaci (kabel) mám už ukrytý v B sloupku a opravdu to nechci znovu rozebírat... Je možné tedy do Alzy reklamovat a dodat pouze samotnou kameru bez "stojánku" a kabelu? Děkuji
