Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALC) is a modified form of the amino acid L-Carnitine, which plays an important role in production of cellular energy. It is involved in the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are converted into ATP, the basic fuel for our cells. This supports natural energy metabolism and contributes to overall vitality.

Compared to the conventional form of L-Carnitine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine has a high bioavailability and can also penetrate the blood-brain barrier. In the body, it not only supports energy metabolism, but also acts as an antioxidant, helps the proper function of mitochondria and contributes to the maintenance of normal nervous system function.

Recommended dosage
