dobrý den.nevim kde je chyba ale jako tlakac při vaření vypouští páru a ne jen když ji vypustím já.je tam černý ventil ten je zavřený a pak ten křížový který vypouští páru takže jídlo i když vařím 2hod.tak není udělané a páru už vypouštět nemusim neboť tam žádná není!můžete mi prosím říct kde je chyba?

Dobrý den, utíká pára pod matkou bezpečnostního ventilu a i z bezpečnostního ventilu samotného. Pod matkou to začne utíkat ještě dříve než z pracovního ventilu. Je to na reklamaci?

Dobrý den pane Experte Alza.cz, měl bych prosím otázku. Kolik tedy tento tlakový hrnec Orion 9 litrů profi má tedy těch ventilů. Dle všech přečtených informací, které jsou o nich napsány jste již v popisu provedli úplnou dezinformaci. V základním popisu píšete: Počet ventilů 1 a když čtete detailnější popis, tak věta: "Tlakový hrnec je opatřený speciálním silikonovým ventilem, který slouží jako pojistka pro případ, kdyby oba klasické ventily selhaly" tuto větu jasně vyvrací. Byl by jste tak laskav a upřesnil mi tuto informaci jak to tedy ve skutečnosti je? Děkuji moc za vaši odpověď. A pokud je to jinak, prosím kompetentní osobu o opravu v popisu všech těchto hrnců. Děkuji.
