Substances in ALAVIS ™ Single:
Methylsulfonylmethane is a substance containing organically bound sulfur, which acts to strengthen ligaments and tendons, suppress inflammation and pain, and to regenerate and relax muscles. It also has strong antioxidant and other positive effects and is a unique source of sulfur compounds that have a positive effect on the body, especially in damaged articular cartilage.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is needed for amino acid metabolism, and also plays an important role in the development of bones and cartilage. Vitamin C deficiency leads to lower strength of collagen fibers not only in cartilage, but also in ligaments and tendons.

Dosage:
Administer this dose twice a day for the first 14 days, then continue with the recommended dose once a day for long-term chronic problems.
