Chicken meat 60%
Dried chicken and fresh boneless minced chicken are obtained from free-range chickens that are fed naturally without the use of hormones and antibiotics. The chickens used are healthy, not from forced cutting. Applaws food does not only contain pure muscle, so that the composition corresponds to the natural diet of cats. The food parts of chickens with skin, skeleton, cartilage and offal, incl. chicken liver, heart, etc. Animal by-products, dehydrated animal proteins, soy or other vegetable proteins are never used in the production of Applaws granules. Quality chicken is a natural source of taurine.
Dried lamb 20%
Supports the development of muscle tissue, has a high protein content, calcium, phosphorus, irons, vitamin B2 and other substances, at the same time it is low in fat.
Cranberries
They are a powerful antioxidant and support the health of the urinary tract. They contain substances that act against inflammation of the urinary tract. They have strong antibacterial effects and block the attachment of bacteria in the urinary tract.
DL-Methionine - butyric acid
It lowers the pH of urine and thus acidifies it and naturally prevents the formation of struvites. (High urine pH causes a high content of plant components in cat food. ) DL-Methionine is also the basic building block for taurine.
Salmon oil
It contains natural omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, which are beneficial in many areas. They improve the overall health and vitality of the cat, increase the quality and shine of the coat, have a positive effect on the skin, reduce the manifestations of allergies, support the natural growth process and metabolism of cats. They significantly support the function of the immune system, have a beneficial effect on the development of the brain and nervous system and the retina. Omega-3 fatty acids are abundant in fish fat, e. g. in cod liver. The fish is rich in mackerel, salmon, sardines, trout, tuna and seaweed. Sufficient omega-3 is particularly important in kittens and pregnant cats.
Omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA:
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is an omega-3 fatty acid which is the cornerstone of many tissues, mainly the brain (making up about 8% of the brain weight), cortex, skin, male genitals and retina.
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) is an omega-3 essential fatty acid and is considered one of the vital nutrients for the proper function of the brain and nervous system, has anti-inflammatory effects and a positive effect on the psyche.
Seaweed / blade
Seaweed - contains 14 times more calcium than milk and 20 times more minerals than vegetables. They also contain quality proteins, velké množství organického irons, iodine, but also zinc, magnesium, chrom nebo sodík a vitamins, mainly A and B vitamins. The content of fiber, chlorophyll, antioxidants and trace elements is also significant.
Blade - brown seaweed, which contains a full spectrum of minerals, mannose and fructose, supports the absorption of iron and its fiber content cleanses the large intestine and detoxifies the body.
