Psyllium
Psyllium is a soluble fibre obtained from the seed coats of plantain (Plantago ovata). In the intestine, it binds water and swells, increasing the volume of stool and helping easy emptying. It naturally removes harmful substances from the body. Plantain contributes to the normal function of the intestinal tract and helps maintain proper cholesterol and lipid levels.

Recommended dosage
2 times a day, 2 capsules.
