Hezký den, koupil jsme tento soundbar minulý týden. Máme problém, že se samo od sebe přepíná režim surround a Dolby Atmos, než se to samo přepne, tak to trvá několik vteřin. (tyto režimy přeskakují na dipleji soundbaru) Dělá to na klasickém sledování TV programů a na netfilxu také. Přes aplikaci Spotifi to nedělá. Už nevím co s tím. Můžete prosím poradit, zda je na to nějaké nastavení. Děkuji a přeji klidný den.

dobrý deň niektorí sa stazuju že sa soundbar nespustí automaticky zvuk z tv treba dačo nastaviť alebo je potrebné stále prepínať na zvuk so sounbaru?ako zadné reproduktory sa dá použiť hociktorá značka s funkciou play-fi?dakujem

Dobrý den, přestal mi hrát subwoofer. Je spárovaný, ale němý. Existuje nějaký postup, jak ho opětovně zprovoznit? Kdyby jste měl někdo zkušenost, poraďte, prosím. Díky.

Dobrý den, prosím o radu než produkt vrátím. Za žádnou cenu se mi nedaří nastavit Wifi připojení. Po vstupu do setup modu se soundbar spáruje s telefonem. Poté začne v aplikaci Sound aktualizace software, který se však nikdy nedokončí. Ve fázi "dokončování instalace" se po chvíli objeví hláška, že zařízení nelze najít. Od této chvíle aplikace soundbar nevidí a není možné jej nijak přes wifi používat. Kontrolka wifi trvale svítí, což by mělo znamenat, že je připojen. Opětovné stisknutí tlačítka wifi na 8 sekund nespustí setup mod a jedinou možností je zařízení uplně resetovat, vypnout a poté se situace opakuje. Zkoušeno na ios a android telefonu, obojí se chová stejně. Zařízení je pár desítek centimetrů od antény. Celkem tragédie tento způsob... díky

Dobrý den, v popisu uvádíte podporu Google Play Music. Tato služba však skončila a byla nahrazena YouTube Premium. Podporuje toto zařízení YT? Díky

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat pokud podporu zadních reproduktorů nemá což je škola i vzhledem k multiroom. Máte alternativu ? která to umí ? která splňuje google assitenta, spotify, wifi, a možnost dokoupení zadních repro a udělat tak 5.1 ? Díky
