Dobrý den, u mé klávesnice jsou problém spodní tlačítka, Ctrl,Alt, Alt Gr, Ctrl. Žádné nereaguje, nefunguje tím pádem funkce Ctrl+C, …, nevytvořím zavináč apod. Je chyba klávesnice nebo jsem přehlédli část v návodu? Děkuji za odpověď. :-) (Připojeno k iPadu)

Dobrý den, mám tuto klávesnici a je problém s psaním, respektive žádné tlačítko nereaguje. Baterky jsem vyměnila, ntb restartovala, spárovanou ji mám s PC přes 2,4G, v nastavení ntb ji vidím připojenou, ale žádné tlačítko nereaguje. Nevíte, kde by mohl být problém? Děkuji.

Dobrý den, chtěla jsem se zeptat, zda je nějak možné dokoupit pouze USB k této klávesnici. Kolegyně toto USB ztratila a tak máme jen klávesnici , kterou aktuálně nemáme jak propojit s PC. Děkuji

Dobrý deň, prosím o informáciu či ide o poruchu, alebo som "len blondínka" ... zakúpila som túto novú klávesnicu (rapoo E9100M CZ/SK čierna), vytiahla som poistné plastové pásiky spomedzi batérií, skontrolovala uloženie pólov batérií, zapojila USB do PC, zapla som klávesnicu presunutím tlačítka do polohy "on", a nefunguje. Zasunutie USB do PC mi počítač prijal, aj vypísal že klávesnica bola riadne pripojená, ale na stlačenie akejkoľvek klávesy klávesnica nereaguje... ešte mám niekde niečo zapojiť, zapnúť, alebo ide o poruchu a mám to reklamovať? Vďaka za info :-)
