The OM SYSTEM OM-3 digital camera is a Micro 4/3 mirrorless camera equipped with a 20.4MP sensor and a Micro 4/3 bayonet. It offers built-in image stabilisation on the sensor (IBIS) to ensure sharp images even when shooting handheld. The maximum sequential shooting speed is up to 120 frames per second. The camera also features a 2.36MP electronic viewfinder and a swivel/tilt display for convenient composing from different angles. It also supports 4K high-definition video recording. Focused on expressive image creation, it offers film-like colour and monochrome profile controls, computational photography functions and creative video shooting features that allow photographers and filmmakers to create distinctive looks right from the camera.

The OM-3 brings back the creative dial, offering complete control over your creative expression. Through the selector, you have access to four film-like colour profiles and four black-and-white profiles that bring a timeless aesthetic to your photos.
Creative voter
The Creative Voter is your gateway to creative photography. With Colour and Mono modes, you can choose from eight different film-like profiles to match your vision. Colour Creator mode lets you create a unique monochrome look and tweak the colours to your exact preferences. Art mode brings all the artistic filters that are readily available.
Colour and monochrome profiles
Colour and monochrome profiles can be saved as presets to unleash your creativity. Each movie-like profile can be customised to your liking and shared with others. After setting up your own colour and monochrome profiles, you can share them with other users who can then upload them to their camera via OM Workspace. OM Workspace is OM SYSTEM's free photo editing and management software.
Computational photography button and AI object detection
Computational features are the key to making complex photographic techniques easier and more achievable than ever before. The OM-3 introduces a way to let computational photography be at the heart of your work, thanks to the "CP" button. At the touch of a button, you can seamlessly access many advanced computational photography functions to simplify the creative process. No more impractical filters. OM-3 packs the power of built-in filters up to ND64, allowing you to take long-exposure images even in daylight. With the GND transition filter you have the freedom to position the scale exactly to your liking. High Res Shot mode allows you to capture stunning detail in 80 or 50 megapixel mode. In addition, you can capture high-resolution images in 14-bit RAW format with three times higher tones. The OM-3 offers many more features, from Focus Stacking and Bracketing to Live Composite and Auto Focus with Subject Detection. AI detection works with humans too.

Creative storytelling
With OM-3, you can create compelling stories with photos and videos. The photo and video switcher allows you to seamlessly switch between them and easily access Slow & Quick Motion modes. Activating this feature preserves your settings across shooting modes while putting creative video options right at your fingertips. For even better visual storytelling, the OM-3 delivers two colour video profiles - OM Cinema 1 and 2.Easily record slow-motion videos that capture movements too fast for the eye to follow, and time-lapse videos that reduce long recording times. The OM-3 introduces the fully creative OM Cinema 1 and 2 video modes. With the modes, you can shoot cinematic videos without the need for colour correction. The OM-3 can capture internal 10-bit H.265 video with the OM-Log400 colour profile, which preserves more data in highlights and shadows. ProRes RAW recording is also available via an external recorder.
