Dobrý den, lze použít do nádoby na vodu nějaký prostředek? Našla jsem od iRobot který prodáváte, ale ten je pro výrobek jiné značky. Šlo by ho použít i zde? Případně prodává se konkrétně čistící prostředek na podlahy pro Roborock? Děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý den, prosím o radu ohledně hlučnosti dokovací stanice. Vysavač používám 2 měsíce a dnes začala dokovací stanice zvláštně vrčet při startování vysávání nečistot do sáčku. Je tento zvuk normální??? Doposud nebyl. Kde mohu zjistit autorizovaný servis na tento vysavač ROBOROCK S8+. Velice děkuji za odpověď. Martina
