Dobrý den, dnes jsem si vyzvedl tento produkt. Mám dotaz ohledně chladících nádob. Neměla by v nich být nějaká tekutina, nějaký gel třeba? U předchozího jsme je měli naplněné a a u tohoto jsou prázdné. Děkuji, za odpověď a v případě, že by tam měla být, stačí je u Vas vyměnit nebo je třeba reklamace celého produktu?
