The hormone melatonin is also called the "sleep hormone". Melatonin production takes place in the pineal gland (part of the mesenchyme) and its level is directly dependent on the regular alternation of light and dark. The production of this hormone decreases significantly along with the increasing age of a person. Griffonia simplicifolia plant extract increases the level of serotonin in our body. Hormone contributes to a good mood, a feeling of contentment and also brings better sleep. Magnolia officinalis extract promotes the production of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), which helps stimulate sleep and calm the body and mind (neurotransmitter). Melatonin Rapid is exceptional in its use of ODT tablets, which dissolve already on the mucous membrane in the mouth and thus bring the desired rapid effect. The use of Melatonin also helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of fatigue due to the time shift (called. jet lag).

MceODT excipient (fillers (starch, cellulose), sweetener (erythritol), filler (acetylated starch), anti-caking agent (silica), stabilizer (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), sweetener (steviol glycosides)), Magnolia officinalis extract, Griffonia simplicifolia extract (98% 5-HTP), aroma, melatonin, stabilizer (beta-cyclodextrin), sweetener (sucralose).
Recommended dosage
Half a tablet is taken just before bedtime. The tablet is directly soluble in the mouth. The unchewed tablet is placed under the tongue or between the gum and lip and allowed to slowly dissolve in the mouth. It is recommended not to swallow the tablet and do not drink.
Notice
The product is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. It is advisable to consult a physician. Take only before the expected bedtime as it causes drowsiness. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
