Milk thistle contributes to maintaining natural liver health, supports its functions and is recommended for normalising the digestive system. We recommend using milk thistle to increase the body's resistance and to control blood sugar levels. It has antioxidant properties. The AF designation means Alcohol Free – the product contains 0% alcohol. A unique technology and multiple extractions were used in its production. AF tinctures retain the maximum active ingredients, taste and aroma of the herb used.
Ingredients
Vegetable glycerin; water, Silybum marianum.
Recommended dosage
After shaking, take 20 drops 3× a day. We recommend placing it in the mouth and allowing it to be absorbed through the mucous membranes. It can be taken with a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 2,220mg of fresh plant matter.
