The AF designation means Alcohol Free – a product with 0% alcohol content. A unique technology and multiple extraction process were used in its production. AF tinctures retain the maximum active ingredients, taste, and aroma of the herbs used.
Perilla frutescens is an annual plant growing up to one metre high. It is native to China, where it is part of traditional medicine and cuisine. It most commonly occurs in sunny locations at altitudes of around 1,200m. It belongs to the Lamiaceae family and its structure is comparable to nettle or lemon balm. Its leaves are a deep green, sometimes purple, and it has a square stem. Its scent is vaguely reminiscent of lemongrass. The part collected for phytotherapeutic purposes is the leaf, which is used internally.
Perilla helps maintain the normal function of the respiratory system and affects the production of cytokines and specific antibodies.

Recommended Dosage
After shaking, adults (75kg) should take 20 drops 3× daily. For children, dose according to their body weight. We recommend placing it in the mouth and allowing it to be absorbed through the mucous membranes. It can be taken with a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 1,433mg of fresh plant matter.
