Dobrý den, v popisu je psáno automatické navlékání nitě , šití dvojitou jehlou. Stroj jsem zakoupila a takovou možnost jsem nezjistila. Můžete mi to vysvětlit? Byl to jeden z důvodů, proč jsem tento stroj koupila.

To je trochu zavádějící informace, ne? Na stránce šicího stroje je zcela jasně napsáno "automatické navlékání jehly", dále "automatický navlékač nitě", a dále "automatický odstřih nitě". Ani jednou z těchto automatických funkcí tento šicí stroj nedisponuje! Dostal jsem se do stejné situace. Koupili jsme šicí stroj PRÁVĚ proto, že měl těmito funkcemi měl disponovat. Právě jsme zjistili opak. Popis u výrobku je evidentně špatně a uvádí tak zákazníky v omyl. Stroj budu z výše uvedených důvodů vracet
