Active ingredients
- Cowslip (Primula veris) supports the health of the upper respiratory tract, has a soothing effect on the pharynx, throat, and vocal cords, and promotes expectoration.
- Elderflower (Sambucus nigra) supports the normal function of the immune system.
- Common sorrel (Rumex acetosa) is traditionally used for colds and congested sinuses. It is ideal for a spring cleansing routine.
- Yellow gentian (Gentiana lutea) is used in herbal medicine for digestive disorders and during convalescence.
- Common vervain (Verbena officinalis) is traditionally used for fevers and colds.
- Vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune system.
- Boswellia serrata supports lung health.

Recommended dosage
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: swallow 1 capsule 2–3× daily with water.
