Dobrý den, po jednom dni používání se trubička ucpe vzduchovou bublinou a musí se profouknout, aby pára z trubičky nadále foukala do prostoru. Je toto důvod k reklamaci ? Případně co dělat, aby bublina v sací trubičce nevznikala ? děkuji.

Dobrý den, je v pořádku, že kolem difuzeru je vlhko/mokro? Děje se tak již od prvního použití (vyčištění také nepomohlo) Myslím, že je možná chyba ve výrobě a důvod k reklamaci. Děkuji za případně informace.
