Fish has few competitors on the list of healthy foods. One of the purest and richest sources of Omega-3 is the oil from the Nordic salmon. Solgar® Full Spectrum Omega capsules are carefully crafted from salmon that has been caught in the cold crystal waters of the Nordic region. The oil is certified by Friend of the Sea. These softgels undergo a proprietary purification process to ensure the removal of heavy metals, including mercury, PCBs and other contaminants from the environment, while maintaining optimal oil integrity and optimal EPA and DHA content. The levels of EPA, DHA and other fatty acids contained in Solgar® softgels and their relative proportions reflect those found in wild salmon.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, yeast, sweeteners, artificial flavours and colours
Recommended dosage of dietary supplement Omega 3 6 9 Solgar Full Spectrum Omega Nordic:
Adults take two (2) softgels daily, ideally with food or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Nordic salmon (fish) oil, softgel: gelatin (beef), water, vegetable glycerin (from palm oil and coconut oil), antioxidants: a mixture of tocopherols, rosemary extract, oleoresin rich in astaxanthin (from the alga Haematococcus pluvialis), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), sage oil, thyme oil.
