Preparation
Mix 1 heaped scoop (30 g) of Amix™ Gold Whey Protein Isolate with 300 ml of cold water. Using a blender or shaker, blend for 30 seconds.
Recommended dosage
Recommended dose: 30 g (1 heaped scoop). Consume 1-3 per day anytime between meals as needed for increased protein intake. The measuring cup can be covered with product in the container.
