Almonds are the complete regular diet of many of us, and it' s no wonder. They contain a number of healthy substances and in addition you can use them in many ways in the kitchen. Our almonds were grown in the USA, but we roast them here in the Czech Republic, in the best facilities. This is the only way we can meet the high demands of our customers. Some scientists claim that the almond tree was the first fruit species that man intentionally cultivated. They were found in the tomb of Tutankhamun, who lived more than 1300 BC, but there are much older finds, dating back to the Late Bronze Age. The size designation 23/25 means that there are 23 to 25 whole cores per ounce. The smaller the number, the larger the size of the individual almonds. And bigger almonds mean more taste.
