Collagen

Collagen type Iform fibrous rope-like structures that must resist primarily tensile stress. It is therefore found mainly in ligaments, tendons or skin.

Collagen type IIis abundant in cartilage, including joint cartilage. It forms spatial structures that hold the cartilage together and are resistant to pressure. Both of these types of collagen are contained in the natural (native) form, which retains its original properties and structure thanks to gentle processing.

Amino acids

The most abundant amino acids are glycine, proline, alanine, hydroxyproline and glutamic acid. Particularly specific is the content of hydroxyproline, which makes collagen collagen and for the formation of which we need vitamin C.
