The dietary supplement Zinc chelate (bisglycinate) contains 100 gel capsules with 15 mg of zinc per dose. It is a form of the highly usable chelate bond of zinc bisglycinate, from which the body can efficiently absorb zinc. You only need one tablet a day, so the pack will last you up to 3 months.
