For a more comfortable workout, you can use your treadmill to play your favorite MP3 songs and include two water bottle holders. Treadmill with adjustable suspension
Your joints will be absolutely safe when running. This is ensured by a special frame suspension in the form of rubber silantblocks, which you can adjust on your sliding scale according to your needs. This allows you to choose in which part of the belt the suspension should be most effective. There are also 12 preset running programs to improve your fitness and manual mode. Of course there is a heart rate measurement by hand sensors located on the handles. You can also comfortably control the speed and tilt of the Housefit belt.
