- Vitamin C for better iron absorption, immunity and fatigue reduction.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose - filler, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous bisglycinate, magnesium stearate - anti-caking agent, folic acid, cyanocobalamin. HPMC capsules (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Content in 1 capsule (% RHP*): Iron 20 mg ( 143 %), Vitamin C 150 mg (188 %), Folic acid 200 µg (100 %), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 200 µg (8000 %)

Recommended dosage and use
Children from 3 years and adults 1 capsule per day.
