It contains a large amount of protein and, due to its ability to support natural metabolism, it is often effective in dietary treatments. Spirulina is a freshwater cyanobacteria that is cultivated in the South China Sea. It is a popular dietary supplement for its wide range of positive effects on the human body. Nupreme BIO Spirulina supports immunity, the production of haemoglobin and red blood cells, reduces fatigue and exhaustion, has a positive effect on digestion, eyesight and skin and last but not least has positive effects on weight control.
