It is used immediately after exercise, or children can consume it for a second dinner. Contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D and K, but also minerals, such as magnesium, sodium, potassium, calcium or phosphorus. The amino acids leucine are also present, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, arginine, alanine or valine. In addition, 30 g of protein is hidden in 100 g of Penco Junior After Sport Shake. Skimmed milk powder 55%, instant whole grain rice 12%, CFM whey concentrate 11%, sucrose, inulin 6%, cocoa powder (chocolate flavor only), emulsifier soy lecithin 4%, sunflower oil, aroma, vitamin mixture (L-ascorbic acid, tocopheryl acetate 50%, nicotinamide, Calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), Goldcell ® beta glucan 0.15%, obtained from the cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, magnesium oxide, ß-carotene dye (vanilla and banana flavor only), ferrous fumarate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), antioxidants: vitamin E (DL-? –Tocopheryl acetate) and vitamin C (L-ascorbyl-6-palmitate), vitamin K (phytomenadione).

Preparation and dosing
To prepare 1 portion of a drink for children from 6 to 10 years of age, mix 2 scoops (25 g) with 75 ml of water or milk, for children from 10 years of age, mix 50 g of the mixture (4 scoops) with 150 ml. Ideal consumption is within 60 minutes after training.
