Preparation
Mix 20 g of the powder mixture with 500 ml of water.
Recommended dosage
Drink just before exercise and then every 10-15 min during exercise, depending on the time, intensity and ambient temperature.
For children 6-12 years:

For children 12-15 years:
500-1500 ml
For children over 15 years of age:
500-2000 ml drink
Storage
Store in a dry place up to 25 °C. Once opened, store dry and use within 3 months.
