Recommended dosage:
- 1 dose = 20 g.
- Mix 1 dose with 500 ml of water to prepare a hypotonic drink (150 mOsm / l).
- Drink 1/3 before exercise, 1/2 drink 4 times during exercise.
- To prepare an isotonic drink, mix 1 dose with 250 ml (300 mOsm / l).
- Dosage: 6 - 12 years: 200 - 750 ml, 12 - 15 years: 500 - 1500 ml, over 15 years: 500 - 2000 ml.
- Drink just before exercise and then every 10 - 15 minutes, depending on time, intensity and ambient temperature.
