Gluten-free energy bar with a new recipe without palm fat. It contains the unique disaccharide Palatinosou with a lower glycemic index and gradual energy release. In addition, it is enriched with BCAA and lecithin. Recommended for sports performance longer than 1.5 hours.
Unique disaccharide isomaltulose (palatinose)
Palatinose is the first slowly digestible sugar that provides the same amount of energy (4 kcal/g) to the muscles and brain as sucrose or glucose, but over a longer time interval. While regular sugar or glucose is used by the body very quickly and the blood sugar level drops to basal level after about 60 min, the carbohydrate isomaltulose is metabolized much more slowly and its blood level is fully depleted after 2 hours.

How do the BCAAs work?
Studies show that BCAAs can reduce feelings of fatigue and increase performance during endurance exercise. BCAAs are quickly absorbed by the body and can be used as:
- Source of energy when muscle glycogen is depleted
- Protection of existing muscle tissue (anti-catabolic effect)
- A rapid building unit for the construction of new muscle tissue (anabolic effect)

*Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
Recommended dosage
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 4 bars. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. May contain traces of peanuts and nuts. Minimum shelf life until the date indicated on the packaging.
