Sports electrolytes with high sodium content for fast mineral replenishment during physical exertion and intense sweating. They contain a combination of five minerals in highly absorbable forms - sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. The product is sweetened with stevia, contains no added sugar and has a natural lemon flavour. It is suitable before training, during and after sports activity.
Electrolytes for everyday support
Electrolytes are only effective when the body can actually absorb them. They chose forms that have a really high bioavailability. Magnesium in the form of Aquamine and Malate is more digestible during exercise and does not irritate the stomach. Potassium in the form of citrate is absorbed faster than sulfate or chloride. Calcium from phosphate is used directly for muscle contraction.

Acidity regulator: citric acid, Himalayan pink salt, Aquamin (magnesium hydroxide), magnesium malate, potassium citrate, lemon extract, calcium phosphate; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.
Recommended dosage and preparation
Mix 5 scoops (5.2 g) with 500 ml of water. Take before training, during physical activity or after exercise depending on the intensity of the exercise and the level of sweating. The package contains approximately 38 doses.
