Ingredients
1 capsule contains 520 mg of a mixture of ZINC + SELENIUM [ground pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita pepo) 250 mg - source of zinc, Chinese clove powder (Schisandra chinensis) fruit extract 115 mg, purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) extract 100 mg, selenium yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisia), Siberian ginseng - spiny eleutherococcus (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root extract 20 mg].

Recommended dosage
