Chelate is an organic form of the mineral found naturally in plant tissues. Imagine a mineral bound to two amino acids (in our case, glycine naturally synthesized by the human body), which holds the element in tongs, isolates it, protects it and releases it only when needed. Scientific studies show that the chelate complex is the most biologically usable for our body and ensures a high rate of absorption. Each capsule contains 15 mg of zinc (zinc bysglycinate) and 250 mg of copper (copper bysglycinate), the value of which in the body may decrease with zinc supplementation.
