Preparation
To get 26 g of protein:
Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 150-200 ml of water. Mix well and let stand for 30 seconds.
To get 51 g of protein:
Mix 2 scoops (60 g) with 300-400 ml of cold water. Mix well and let stand for 30 seconds.
Recommended dosage
Take during the day, before or after exercise. Adjust your daily protein intake into 1-5 servings according to your physical goals and protein requirements.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C, out of direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
