Swanson Shiitake Mushroom, 60 capsules

The Shiitake mushroom belongs to the group of disease-causing woody fungi. It is also possible to grow them on trunks, stumps, logs in domestic conditions. It is called the "elixir of life" because it is high in amino acids, vitamins (B and D2) and minerals.

Dosage

Normal dose 2 capsules per day. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances.
