A product with a unique formula to support the good condition of hair and nails, their strength, softness and shine. Selenium and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. In addition, biotin has a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin and the health of the mucous membranes. Sea buckthorn is suitable for supporting the body's defences, helping to reduce fatigue, supporting the heart and digestive system, and contains the most valuable substance from its fruit, sea buckthorn oil, which supports good skin condition and benefits beautiful, strong and shiny hair and nails. The product is supplemented with valuable mushrooms and the essential amino acid L-methionine.

1 capsule contains 400mg of the Hair & Nails blend [L-methionine, whole lyophilised shiitake mushroom powder (Lentinula edodes), whole lyophilised reishi mushroom powder (Ganoderma lucidum), dried sea buckthorn fruit powder and sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides) 100mg, whole lyophilised lion's mane mushroom powder (Hericium erinaceus), selenium yeast, biotin.] Capsule shell: gelatine.

Recommended Dosage

1 capsule 2× daily before meals. Swallow the capsule whole with water, or open it and sprinkle the contents onto food or into water. Can be used long-term as needed.

Warning

Not suitable for children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place up to 25°C. Consume the capsule immediately after removing it from the blister pack. Suitable for coeliacs. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
