Sea buckthorn oil is the rarest substance from the sea buckthorn fruit. It is produced with the preservation of all biologically active substances important. Sea buckthorn is suitable for strengthening the body's defences, helps reduce fatigue, strengthens the heart, improves the digestive tract and helps maintain healthy skin.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule 2 times a day before meals. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with water or its contents are squeezed into food. It can be used as needed and for a long time.
