L-Tryptophan Forte
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity. L-tryptophan is a substance that the human body normally obtains from the diet. Recommended dosage
The recommended dose is 1 capsule 1 time a day, with a more intense need up to 2 capsules a day, preferably between meals. For long-term use. At the recommended daily dose, the product does not reduce alertness or induce sleep.
