Viridian Synerbio Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is very useful in the increased presence of unwanted cultures and microorganisms, in discomfort and adverse reactions. 1 capsule contains 10 billion units of Lactobacillus rhamnosus. The human gut is inhabited by a huge population of beneficial cultures called the microbiome. They play an indispensable role in the functioning of the whole organism, which is made up of about 100 trillion bacteria and yeasts (10 times more than the number of cells in the human body). Because of the size and importance of the microbiome, it is spoken of as a separate organ about the size of the liver and just as important. There are around 400 species of bacteria in the microbiome, and the balance of these is very important. Due to stress, strain, illness or an inappropriate lifestyle, an imbalance, dysbiosis, can occur in which bacteria with potentially harmful effects overgrow in the gut. Dysbiosis can set in when taking antibiotics, with excessive alcohol consumption, low fiber intake or excessive intake of industrially processed sugar. Just as important as probiotics are prebiotics, typically different types of fibre, which act as food for the probiotics.

Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals, or as recommended by a physician.
Notice
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. There is no substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
