Dobrý den, jaký software je součástí balení Comic, Photo a Art. Pouze u modelu Art máte uveden software:Corel Painter Essentials u Comic a Photo se tato informace nenechází.

Dobrý den, objednal jsem si u vás Wacom Intuos Comic Black (MF126c2a). Produkt je naprosto v pořádku, až na kod, který má sloužit k aktivaci softwaru, jenž je součástí prodkutu. Na webových stránkách firmy mi je hlášeno, že kod je špatně zadán, nebo je již použit. Požaduji nový kod pro software k tomuto balíčku, jinak budu nucen produkt reklamovat.
