Dobrý den, chtěla bych se zeptat zda existuje nějaký náhradní náramek pro tyto hodinky? Synovi to moc někde zapínat a chtěla bych sehnat nějaký třeba magnetický. nevíte někdo zda vůbec nějaký existuje a jestli se dá vyměnit? Děkuji Andrejsková

Mam otazku k video hovoru (iba datovy prenos, bez "sim sluzieb"). Ak iniciujem video hovor z appky, hodinky "zvonia". Video hovor funguje. Ak je hovor iniciovany z hodiniek, na mobil (appka) pride len notifikacia bez "zvonenia". Ked na notifikaciu kliknem, hovor sa uskutocni. Inymi slovami, bez toho aby clovek sledoval mobil sa o video hovore nedozvie. Preco mobil rodicovi nezvoni ked dieta iniciuje video hovor? (Neriesim volanie cez operatora. Skor mi ide o to, ak ma dieta wifi konektivitu a chce zavolat).

Dobrý den jak přidám do aplikace dalšího rodiče zařízení jsem spároval s telefonem táta to vše funguje ale jak přidám telefon máma.Pokud ji přihlásím přes heslo co jsem registroval telefon táta nejde vidět v kolonce rodinní příslušníci.. Což je dost blbé pokud nejdou zadat oba rodiče.

Dobrý deň, ako sa dá z hodiniek vybrať adaptér na SIM? Stlačenie (na pružinku) nejde a pinzetou sa nedá riadne uchopiť. V návode je zobrazené, ako sa má dať adaptér do hodiniek, ale nie, ako sa vyberá. Už bol v hodinkách, keď sme odskrutkovali bočný kryt, ale nevieme ho vybrať. Je tam priložený nejaký plastový nástroj, ale nikde nie je uvedené, ako sa má použiť.
