Dobrý den, Na zařízení mám vypnuté upozornění na sundání zařízení a stejně mi při každé manipulaci přijde oznámení sms že bylo zařízení sundáno. Je možné to někde ještě jinde vypnout, nebo alespoň změnit na upozornění v aplikaci? Za každou sms se takhle musí zbytečně platit. Předem díky

Dobrý den. Můžu se zeptat kde vzít návod k použití k zařízení? V krabičce jsou pouze parametry a návod ke spárování. Na internetu jsem taky nic nedohledal. Konkrétně by mě zajímalo, jak se pokládají/ukončují hovory. Děkuji

Zdravím, mám náramek z druhé ruky včetně QR. Pop stažení aplikace a vložení SIM bez Pinu do náramku se stane, že náramek vatáčí přednastavená čísla prvním majitelem, ale aplikace píše, že jste již svázali zařízení a čekáte na autorizaci od hlavního správce. Nelze jej znovu přidat. Tedy, chápu to jako u kamer, že je na tento QR navázán první majitel. Lze tedy náramek resetovat a prvního majitele nějak vymazat ? U lepších kamer toto bez odhlášení toho prvního nelze. Jirka

dobry den, hovory na/z naramku funguju, ale v apke neukazuje ziadne data. zaroven v apke mi oznamuje, ze naramok je offline, ale nie je. data na sim su urcite OK. co mam robit?
