The segment of small mirrorless cameras is becoming increasingly popular, and this brand new model from the successful Chinese brand Xiaomi is among them. It boasts replaceable lenses, fine resolution of photos, and recording of high-quality videos in 4K. A top-notch Sony image sensor acts as the heart of the camera and delivers photos in superior quality. There is also support for the latest Bluetooth and WiFi technology which allows you to easily and quickly connect the camera to your PC or phone. The camera features a 3" touchscreen display and a very low weight, and is available in black or silver colour with one or two lenses. This particular set includes a black camera, 12-40mm lens with a variable focus, and 42.5mm lens with fixed focus.
With the Xiaomi Yi M1 digital camera, you do not need to be a pro in order to snap unique, top-quality photos. The 20Mpx high-resolution sensor from Sony produces images with a superb resolution of 5184×3888 pixels. You can shoot both in classic JPEG format and in the professional RAW format, which until recently was reserved only for SLRs. Advanced photographic features also include support for HDR, which allows you to capture photos with much higher dynamics.
The clear centrepiece of the camera, and in particular the rear side, is the large 3" touch screen with fine resolution. It displays a vibrant, colourful preview of the scene you are about to capture, and helps you easily track even fast moving objects. Besides the display, the camera is also equipped with a pair of buttons on the back and a practical mode dial on the top.
The device supports some highly advanced and popular technologies that facilitate the transfer of captured photos and videos to a computer or smartphone, namely WiFi (2.4Ghz) and Bluetooth. If you do not have a USB data cable or a card reader at hand, you can simply use wireless to transfer your data. Interestingly, the Xiaomi Yi M1 offers support for microSD cards with extremely large capacity of up to 512GB.
